Phase 1Basic Systems, stuff to make the game function. Private Alpha.
- Player Movement (about as done as it needs to be right now) - Player Stats (they currently exist, but don't affect anything at the moment) - Collision - Main Menu and Pause Menu - Tile Maps / Level Building System - Testing Level - Currency System - Inventory - Item System - Pokemon Stats and information (HP, ATK, DEF, SPE, movesets,) - Add Starter Pokemon - PC Boxes, Basic Pokemon Management |
PHASE 2Advanced Systems, Stuff to make the game feel like a game. Open Limited Beta.
- Basic Battle mechanics (attacks, HP reduction, encounter rates, switching out, run mechanic etc) - Battle Scene - Battle Menu - Evolution System - Add Kanto Region Pokemon - Crafting System and UI overhaul - More advanced Items - Add NPCs and dialogue system - Store, buying and selling mechanics - Quest System - Aura System - Class System - Starting Area - Game Intro - Developer Mode implementation - Add animations for NPCs and Player character - Basic settings options |
Phase 3Content Updates. Most systems should be in place, so this phase will just focus on improving and adding upon already existing content. Public releases start here.

PHASE 4Final releases of the game, mostly focused on cleaning things up and working on things that would be detrimental to progress if I tried to do it in earlier stages.
